We accept payments via Payfast and Ozow. This is generally used for online payments using direct card and online EFT payments. We also accept standard EFT payments. There is a 3% discount included when paying via standard EFT.
We generally allow for up to 48 hours from date and time of placing order online.
Whilst having account with us is awesome it is not needed. You can check out as a guest.
Due to the nature of the products we sell and our awesome pricing we may not always have the products in stock. If the stock level shows below 5 units on the site please confirm before placing a order to avoid disappointment. Should you purchase a product online and we no longer have stock of it then we will offer a suitable replacement, or a refund.
You will be contacted by one of our consultants. Your consultant will provide updates during the whole process.
Our prices are very competitive. However we will try our best to accommodate price matches where possible. This excludes pricing on flash, birthday and opening sales.
We love our employees and feel that they need weekends off. We are open Monday – Fridays from 8h00 – 17h00 excluding public holidays.

Yes collection can be arranged with your consultant. Payment must reflect before collection can be arranged.
We make use of BobGo and The Courier Guy. We have been using them for ages and we are happy with the relationship we have built over the years.
There is a basic R1000.00 cover included per order. To have full cover a 2% fee will be applied to the total order amount, encompassing the cost of the entire shipment. Please contact us should you want to include insurance on your order.

We deliver to most areas in South Africa including some rural areas.
We have the option to schedule the delivery of your order during a weekend or public holiday, but there is an additional fee that you will need to cover.
No we do not.
We can add a request in the delivery note for the driver to call you before delivering. However, we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to make the call at the specified time. Nevertheless, you will receive SMS updates regarding the progress of the delivery.
