Rct Rct-a3u-u3 3.5″ Enclosure

Description

The RCT-A3U-U3 is a powered external enclosure for a 3.5 inch SATA hard drive with a USB 3.0 connection. Fit a desktop drive inside and it becomes an external drive you can plug into any PC or laptop for backups, extra storage or recovering files from an old computer.

Because 3.5 inch drives need more power than a USB port can supply, the enclosure is powered by its own adapter. USB 3.0 gives much faster transfers than USB 2.0, and it also works on older USB 2.0 ports at lower speed. The hard drive is not included.
