Brother BU-229CL Belt unit

Description

The Brother BU-229CL is the transfer belt unit for Brother colour laser printers such as the MFC-L3760CDW and MFC-L8390CDW. The belt carries toner from the four drums onto the page, so it is a key part of the print path and is replaced as a separate maintenance item.

Brother rates the belt for approximately 50,000 pages. Fit a new one when the printer reports the belt is at end of life, or when colours start to misalign or smudge.
