Description

The Mercusys MP500 KIT (AV1000 Gigabit Powerline Starter Kit) uses your building’s existing electrical wiring to carry a network connection to another room. Plug one adapter in next to your router and connect it with a network cable, then plug the second adapter in where you need a wired connection.

It uses HomePlug AV2 with powerline rates of up to 1,000Mbps and a Gigabit Ethernet port on each adapter, with a range of up to 300 metres on the same electrical circuit. The listing names TP-Link, but this kit is made by Mercusys.
